Session 1 (U9/U11) - 14:00 - 15:15
Session 2 (U13/U15) - 15:30 - 16:45
Session 3 (Spirit Girls/Spirit Ladies) 16:45 - 18:00

Your son/daughter must attend their correct age group which is defined as follows;

Under 9 - School Year 3 & 4
Under 11 - School Year 5 & 6
Under 13 - School Year 7 & 8
Under 15 - School Year 9 & 10
Spirit Girls - Age 7 to 14 Years
Spirit Ladies - Age 15 +
